Islamabad High Court released the details of Imran Khan’s non-appearance

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court in its written decision on the petition to cancel the non-bailable warrant has released the details of Chairman PTI Imran Khan’s non-appearance. According to the written decision issued by the Islamabad High Court, former Prime Minister Imran Khan did not appear in the Tosha Khana case 7 times in a row.

According to the written decision, Imran Khan is continuously violating the constitution, he has not appeared in court even once since 15 December 2022.

The court says that if Imran Khan does not appear before the court even on March 13, then the arrest warrant can be reinstated.

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission rejected the request to remove Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan from the party leadership.
The Election Commission heard the case related to the removal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan from the party leadership, the former prime minister submitted his written response to the Election Commission.

In his reply, Imran Khan has said that the Election Commission has dismissed the reference filed by the Speaker, after which he contested the National Assembly election.

In the reply, it has been further said that the Supreme Court had given a declaration of disqualification against Nawaz Sharif in the Panama case. , the Election Commission should dismiss the case of removal from the party leadership.

Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan has accelerated the preparations for the general elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Sources say that the Election Commission has started preparing the election schedule, there is a strong possibility that the Election Commission will release the schedule on Monday or Tuesday.

The Election Commission has decided not to take DROs and ROs from the judiciary and not to write any more letters to the Registrar Lahore High Court for the elections of Punjab. The Election Commission has estimated the expenses of Punjab and KP elections, it is estimated that expenses of more than 30 billion will come in both provinces. Lahore: Pakistan Tehreekh e Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan wrote a letter to the Chief Justice for the constitutional rights of under-custody leader Fawad Chaudhary.

Imran Khan wrote in the letter that Fawad Chaudhary should be provided with the protection of constitutional rights and should be brought forward with respect and dignity.

In the letter, PTI chairman appealed for protection of constitutional rights of Fawad Chaudhary during his detention and referred to the brutal and inhumane treatment meted out to Aazaam Swati and Shahbaz Gill. He appealed that the Chief Justice of Pakistan, being the protector of the constitution, should take steps for the honor and dignity of the under-detained persons, because violence or immoral acts under detainees are violation of the constitution.
